Rules and Regulations of Tantra : The Lost Codex

By registering and logging into the game, you agree to comply with the rules and terms of the game. Noncompliance may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans from the game. Please take the time to review our rules and regulations to ensure an enjoyable and fair gaming experience for all players.

Player Behavior:

• Harassment and Inappropriate Language:
  Under no circumstances will the following behaviors be tolerated: rape jokes, death threats, religious slurs, racism, discrimination, or homophobic remarks. Engaging in any of these actions, if reported, will result in a series of penalties: a maximum of two warnings, followed by a 7-day suspension, a 30-day suspension, and ultimately, permanent banning. Repeat offenders may face escalated penalties.
• Cheating and Bug Exploitation:
  Exploiting game bugs and participating in any illegal activities related to item anomalies is strictly prohibited. Players who abuse bugs instead of reporting them will face the following penalties:
  • 1st Offense: 1-week ban or a fine of 5,000 Taney.
  • 2nd Offense: 30-day ban or a fine of 10,000 Taney.
  • Final Offense: Permanent ban from the game.
    We strongly encourage all players to promptly report any discovered bugs on our dedicated forum or Discord. Failure to report known bugs may result in penalties for those who exploit them.
• Scamming:
  Management will not provide support for items lost due to transactions with unknown individuals. Players are solely responsible for safeguarding their belongings. In the event of an audit, any player in possession of such items will be banned, and the item will not be returned. Consider using community feedback to assess the trustworthiness of other players before engaging in transactions.
• Impersonation:
  Unauthorized impersonation of game administrators, staff, or fellow players without explicit consent will result in an immediate permanent ban. This includes using similar usernames or avatars to deceive others.
• Use of Officially Appointed Middlemen:
  The Lost Codex strictly mandates the use of officially appointed middlemen when buying and selling items. In the event of a random server audit, players found to have obtained items without using these middlemen are subject to item confiscation or soulbinding. Players are encouraged to verify middlemen’s identities through official channels.
• Spreading False Information:
  Players found to be deliberately spreading false information about the game, other players, or management may face penalties, including warnings, suspensions, or bans. Maintaining a truthful and respectful community is essential for everyone’s enjoyment.
• Account Security:
  Players are strongly urged to create and maintain secure passwords for their game accounts. Any suspicious account activity or compromises should be promptly reported to the game management. Upon receiving a report, the game management will conduct a thorough investigation and take appropriate actions to secure the account. Never share your password or account information with anyone.

PvP (Player vs. Player):

• When using “Mara’s Influence,” players must adhere to the following rules:
  1. Under Mara’s influence, players are prohibited from attacking others who are ten levels below them.
  2. Engaging in combat within villages is strictly prohibited while under Mara’s influence.
  3. Players under Mara’s influence may not attack those below level forty-five, and similarly, low-level players are not permitted to engage with those under Mara’s influence.
  4. Prior to reporting rule violations, evidence in the form of screenshots, video recordings, or witnesses is required.
  5. Players may resolve disputes by providing compensation ranging from 500,000 to 20 million Rupiah, depending on the circumstances.
  6. Players facing account suspension can reduce the duration by paying 2 million Rupiah or 500 Taneys per day. For example, if a five-day account suspension is imposed, immediate account release can be obtained by paying 10 million Rupiah or 2,500 Taneys.
  7. Players engaging in toxic behavior during PvP will face additional penalties, including temporary bans from PvP activities.

Failure to comply with PvP rules will result in escalating penalties, including first and second warnings, 1 to 90 days of account suspension, and an additional 30 days for each violation of these rules.

Quests and Progression:

Game management is committed to providing assistance or updates if a quest becomes unachievable due to changes in the game environment. Players are encouraged to collaborate and share quests, with the caveat that each player must independently contribute to quest objectives. Sharing quests with other players should not lead to exploits or shortcuts that disrupt the intended progression of the game. Any discovered game exploits or glitches that enable players to bypass quest objectives or disrupt progression must be reported to game management immediately. Players are also encouraged to participate in community forums to discuss quests and share tips.

Additional Rules and Regulations:

• Account Sharing:
  Sharing accounts with other players is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension or banning.
• Advertising and Spam:
  Advertising other games, services, or products within the game or on official channels is not allowed. Spamming chat with repetitive messages will also result in penalties.
• Use of Exploitative Software:
  The use of third-party software or hacks that give players an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will lead to an immediate ban.
• Event Participation:
  Players are encouraged to participate in community events. Failure to adhere to event-specific rules may result in disqualification or penalties.
• Disciplinary Appeal Process:
  Players who believe they have been unjustly penalized may submit a formal appeal to game management, which will be reviewed in a timely manner.
