• By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

• All accounts, characters, in-game items, and virtual currency remain the property of Storia Interactive.
• We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access the Game. You do not “own” your account, characters, or virtual goods.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms or for any other valid reason that threatens the integrity of the Game.
• Account sharing or transferring without notice is discouraged and done at your own risk.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Any actions taken under your account will be treated as your responsibility.
• You must comply with all in-game rules and community guidelines issued by us.

The following actions are prohibited and can lead to warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans without prior notice:

• Bug abuse / Exploits: Using unintended mechanics, glitches, or exploits to gain unfair advantage.
• Third-party tools: Using bots, hacks, macros, scripts, or any software that modifies gameplay or automates actions.
• Harassment & toxic behavior: Threatening, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory chat or actions against other players.
• Impersonation: Pretending to be another player, moderator, or staff.
• Fraud & chargebacks: Attempting to commit payment fraud or reverse legitimate payments.
• Spamming or disrupting gameplay: Any activity that disrupts fair play or server stability.

• We do not facilitate, endorse, or guarantee any RMT transactions.
• All RMT transactions are conducted solely between players.
• We are not responsible for scams, fraud, or disputes arising from RMT.
• RMT-related issues will not be investigated or resolved by our support team.

• In-game currency and items are virtual goods with no real-world value.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
• We may modify, remove, or discontinue virtual goods at any time.
• Virtual goods cannot be exchanged for real money from us.

• All Game content, including graphics, code, design, and storylines, is owned by Storia Interactive.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
• Streaming, content creation, and fan art are permitted for non-commercial purposes.

• The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Game.
• We are not responsible for loss of account, items, or progress due to server issues, bugs, or player actions.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms.
• You may request account deletion by contacting support.
• Upon termination, all licenses and rights to access the Game are revoked.

• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
• You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
